Blanc de Blancs
Origin: Grand Cru 2/3 of the Côte des Blancs and 1/3 of the Montagne de Reims (Bouzy)
Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Maturation: Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Aged on laths in our traditional cellars.
Blending: Several years to ensure a product of consistent quality.
Dosage: 7g of sugar per litre
Format: 75cl bottle.
Tasting notes:
Visual: Bright golden yellow.
Olfactory: Fine, elegant, floral nose (honeysuckle).
Taste: Good length on the palate, very fresh and lively. A fairly round finish.
Food and wine pairing:
Aperitif, pan-fried scallops with cream.
