Origin: Grand Cru in Bouzy
Grape varieties: 100% Pinot noir
Maturation: Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, ageing on laths in our traditional cellars.
Blend: A Blanc de Noir.
Dosage: 7g of sugar per litre
Format: Half-bottle 37.5cl, Bottle 75cl, Magnum 150cl, Jeroboam 300cl
Tasting notes:
Visual: Yellow gold colour, bright and sparkling.
Olfactory: Fruity nose, with a taste of hazelnut and toast.
Taste: Very good structure and a freshness that lasts. A wine that opens up the taste buds.
Food and wine pairing:
This cuvée is best shared with friends and family as an aperitif. It can also be enjoyed with elaborate starters such as pan-fried foie gras or scallops with truffles.
