Blending: Two years
Dosage: 7g of sugar per litre

Tasting notes:
Visual: Bright yellow gold colour, dense and creamy mousse
Olfactory: Floral nose with notes of lily of the valley and white flowers.
Taste: A very dynamic first impression leads to a smoothness brought by aromas of white fruit flesh. The finish is long and lively, with a hint of saltiness. Well-balanced and easy to drink.

As an aperitif, with cubes of hard cheese. As a main course, with langoustines or truffle risotto.
