Origin: Grand Cru in Bouzy
Grape varieties: 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay.
100% Chardonnay barrel-aged liqueur.
Maturation: Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Liqueur made exclusively with Chardonnay and aged in new oak barrels. Aged on laths in our traditional cellars.
Blending: Several years to ensure a product of consistent quality.
Dosage: 11g of sugar per litre
Format: 75cl bottle.
Tasting notes:
Visual: Bright golden yellow.
Olfactory: Powerful nose, good structure, smell of fresh hazelnuts.
Taste: Round and greedy on the palate, full-bodied with a buttery touch. Very good dosage.
Food and wine pairing:
Cheese soufflé, fresh brioche.
