Origin: Great Burgundy wine from Saint-Véran, Mâconnais.
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Maturing: Whole berries pressed, unpressed, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in vats, ageing in vats to retain the character of this limestone terroir.
Format: 75cl bottle
Tasting notes:
Visual: Golden yellow colour, bright robe
Olfactory: Fruity nose, yellow then white peach, pink grapefruit.
Taste: Very fresh, elegant, fresh and long on the palate. Very well-balanced.
Food and wine pairing:
Enjoy with family or friends as an aperitif. As a meal, it goes perfectly with scallops or white fish such as turbot.
