Origin: Grand Cru in Bouzy
Grape varieties: 75 Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay
Maturation: Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, ageing on laths in our traditional cellars.
Blending: Several years to ensure a product of consistent quality.
Dosage: 7g of sugar per litre

Visual: Rosy yellow, amber, sparkling colour that inspires curiosity.
Olfactory: Intense nose, fragrance of red fruits, morello cherry, raspberry.
