Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Noir
Ageing: Aged in barrels for 3 years.
Blend: 1/3 wine distillate and 2/3 Pinot Noir grape juice.
Format: 70cl bottle

Tasting notes:

Visual: Apricot orange colour
Olfactory: Notes of apricot, pear, citrus fruit and orange blossom, enhanced by a light honey aroma.
Taste: Great sweetness, good acidity and superb balance. Aromas of yellow fruit mixed with toasty notes on the finish.

Food and wine pairing:
As an aperitif, or with a citrus dessert such as a lemon meringue pie.
