Origin: Grand Cru in Bouzy
Grape varieties: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay
Maturation: Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, ageing on laths in our traditional cellars for 4 to 5 years.
Blending: Several years to ensure a product of consistent quality.
Dosage: 0g of sugar per litre
Format: 75cl bottle.
Tasting notes:
Visual: Yellow gold colour, deep and lively robe.
Olfactory: Intense nose, scent of dried fruit, currants, dates, almond paste.
Taste: Round on the palate, very well structured, remains fresh despite the years.

This cuvée goes well with oysters, lobster, all kinds of shellfish and fish.
