Grape variety: 100% Meunier
Maturation: Aged in barrels for 1 year.
Blend: 1/3 wine distillate and 2/3 grape juice from Meunier.
Format: 70cl bottle

Tasting notes:
Visual: Orange apricot colour
Olfactory: Aromas of nuts and stone fruits, peach, prune, fig, as well as a few notes of undergrowth.
Taste: Powerful and round, with great energy. Aromas of plums, nuts and other dried fruits. Notes of verbena, lime blossom, tobacco and coffee lead to great complexity.

Food and wine pairing:
A platter of blue-veined cheeses such as Roquefort. A walnut tart, or game in sauce.
