Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Maturation: Aged in barrels for 1 year.
Blend: 1/3 wine distillate and 2/3 Pinot Noir grape juice.
Format: 70cl bottle

Tasting notes:
Visual: Orange-red colour.
Olfactory: Morello cherry and prune aromas.
Taste: Aromas of cherries and grape juice. Nice balance between sugar and alcohol, giving this ratafia a great sweetness.

Food and wine pairing:
As an aperitif with foie gras or smoked ham, or as a dessert with chocolate cake or strawberry or raspberry tart.
